Recycling fashion.

From an old pair of shorts into a nice messenger bag.

While my mom was fixing some old clothes to give away, I noticed
a cute pair of printed shorts. So I asked her who owned it. She said it was hers when she was pregnant with me. It is special and cute :D

So I decide to make it a bag!

The pockets are still there. HAHA
I forgot to take a picture of the shorts. :| So stupid of me. =))

My lola (Tagalog for grandmother) altered it and made it a messenger bag. It's fun to have relatives
who knows how to sew things. My lola makes dresses and stuff.

Used magic tape instead of zipper and buttons.

Added some gray fabric on the strap.

The details of the shorts/bag

Hope I inspired you to recycle your old clothes and make it into something new and chic! ♥

FAshion Friday

Meet our classmate, Mon. She's a rad artist. Behind her is our doodle wall from our exhibit.
She is wearing Nico's blazer. As for her shoes, she painted her red vans silver.

On Nico: Printed shirt from ZARA, EMGA Male blazer, F&H skinny jeans, and silver sneakers hand
painted by Nico.
On me: a BABO dress, grandma's vintage earrings and bracelet, and awesome silver chucks designed by Dean.
If you haven't noticed... It seemed to be silver sneakers day.haha Mon, Nico and I all wore silver sneakers without even planning it.

Snuck some pictures under the big tent before the people finished setting it up for the Lantern Parade.haha

My boyfriend looking all cute and suave in his white shirt, Wrangler jeans, and Nico's blazer.
Cute boys in shirts and blazers will never fail.heehee

And before I say tahtah...
Credits to Esther Kim for the shots of me and Nico.
Happy Holidays everyone! Bissou bissou!

Follies de Mwah! | Ninang Girlie @ 50

Ninang Girlie's 50th birthday at Club Mwah in Mandaluyong.
Enjoyed the show and the food! :)

Ninang G rented the whole place but normally the entrance free is P500, excluding food and drinks.
For me P500 is so worth it because the show is really great and it's like
watching a show in Las Vegas.

Club Mwah is located at the 3rd level of Venue Tower,
along Boni Avenue in Mandaluyong City.

Photos by Me (Nico) ♥

Follies de Mwah's amazing choreographer, Cris Nicolas.

With my lola and the dancers! :)

'Til next time, Club Mwah! :D
